Return parcel packed, but no printer at home? You're not alone – the missing printer is the most common reason parcels sit around. We solve that in a few minutes: print the shipping label, stick it on, and the parcel shop is right around the corner.
How it works
Three ways, all easy:
- By email or form: Send us the label PDF via the contact form or by email – we print it.
- Phone or USB stick: Just drop by and show us the PDF on your phone, or bring it on a stick.
- No shipping label yet? Create it on our in-store computers directly with the carrier of your choice – and we print it right away.
Self-adhesive label or plain paper
On request we print your shipping label on self-adhesive label paper – stick it on, done, no tape across the barcode. Plain paper works too, of course.
All carriers
DHL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, UPS – we print every shipping label, including return labels from online-shop emails. And for your regular mail: we also print address labels with sender or recipient.
Only got a QR code?
Good to know: the mobile DHL shipping label that consists only of a QR code can be printed exclusively by DHL itself (branch, Packstation or courier). For printing at our shop you need the PDF – or you simply create the label again on our in-store computer, and the QR problem is gone.
Dropping off your parcel: right around the corner
A parcel shop serving all the common carriers is just a few steps away from us. Print the label here, stick it on, drop it off – shipping without a printer of your own, all in one short walk.
